1. Low-Voltage Grid-Scale BESS (49.9 kW)
As a Land Use or Investment Opportunity
We deploy compact grid-scale BESS units (49.9 kW / 100 kWh) as a land utilization scheme for idle properties or as an investment business.
For Landowners Simply by leasing approximately 6 tsubo of land, you can earn long-term rental income (estimated at around ¥40,000/month; actual amounts depend on conditions). No upfront costs are required — REVIX JAPAN handles all installation, management, and removal. We have a track record of deployments on parking lots, farmland, vacant lots, and more.
For Investors and Business Partners After securing a site, you can develop the BESS as a revenue-generating business. The primary income source is standby compensation from participation in the frequency regulation market (compliant with frequency regulation market rules including primary balancing power, fully operational from FY2026). We accommodate a variety of approaches, including replacing solar power plants and developing new sites on adjacent land.

2. High-Voltage Grid-Scale BESS (MW-Class)
As a Large-Scale Investment or Business Development
An MW-class grid-scale battery system provided by TDS, a TEPCO Group company, and NEXTES Co., Ltd. Centered on the containerized CE007 system (nominal capacity: 2,315 kWh), it can also accommodate large-scale projects combining multiple units.

- KHK-certified fire-resistant enclosure (compliant with Fire and Disaster Management Agency Notification No. 200): facilitates discussions with local fire departments and municipalities for installation in urbanization control areas (outcomes depend on individual consultations)
- NEXTES's patented active balancing technology: lifespan extended up to tenfold versus conventional systems (per manufacturer specifications; results vary with usage conditions), improving revenue through higher uptime
- JC-STAR ★1 compliance labels obtained on all major components: ahead of regulatory requirements taking effect from 2027 onward
- 20-year capacity guarantee (70%) and 24/7 remote monitoring by the TEPCO Group
Revenue Model We pursue 24-hour optimized operation by combining three markets: the frequency regulation market (standby and dispatch compensation), the capacity market (capacity payment), and the wholesale electricity market (arbitrage).

3. Grid Interconnection Site Assessment and Sales Support
Utilizing or Selling Grid Interconnection Rights and Land
A dedicated assessment and sales support service for those who hold a grid interconnection feasibility study response or connection application reply or grid interconnection rights.
Services Included
- Free preliminary diagnostic (hazard maps, noise regulations, and buried cultural assets reviewed using publicly available information)

- Support for sale negotiations and contract procedures

4. Agency and Partnership Program
Partners Who Want to Grow the BESS Market Together
We have built a collaborative framework with a wide range of operators — including trading companies, sales firms, EPC contractors, and aggregators.
Agency Program (REVIX Agency Program) You can operate as a sales agent for low-voltage and high-voltage grid-scale BESS. Through the Ribikuro Certification process (product briefings and role-play evaluations), you will develop the high-quality explanation skills needed for effective sales activities. In addition to sales commissions of approximately 5% (high-voltage) and 4% (low-voltage), there are also revenue opportunities through the agent referral program.
EPC and O&M Collaboration You can participate in projects as a construction and operations & maintenance partner. Working within a collaborative framework with TDS (Tokyo Electric Power Services Co., Ltd.), we build systems that support long-term, stable operation.
Aggregator Collaboration We have established a collaboration framework with aggregators responsible for power market participation, bidding, and operational management.
