Step-by-Step Details
STEP 1: Consultation & Document Submission (No Charge)
Contact us via the Valuation Request Form or by email (inquiry@revix.inc). Please provide the following information:
- Site location (prefecture / city or town)
- Availability of grid connection study report / grid connection application response
- Works charge payment status (paid / partially paid / unpaid)
- Land ownership structure (sole ownership / shared / other)
- Approximate preferred sale timeline
If documents are available, please prepare the grid connection study report (or grid connection application response) and landowner consent form (or equivalent agreement document).
STEP 2: Preliminary Assessment Using Public Data (No Charge)
Based on the information provided, REVIX JAPAN conducts a preliminary assessment using publicly available data.
Items reviewed:
- Hazard conditions (anticipated flood inundation zones, landslide caution zones, liquefaction, etc.)
- Noise regulation zone status
- Buried cultural property (based on public data)
- Connection response conditions
STEP 3: Valuation Report Delivery (No Charge)
The results of the preliminary assessment are provided to you in the form of a report. This report can be used directly in your own sales activities with other parties (no exclusivity or exclusive agency contract is required).
Important: REVIX JAPAN Does Not Restrict Your Sales Activity
Use of our preliminary assessment and valuation report does not require exclusive or exclusive agency consignment to us. You can pursue your own sales activities and our parallel sales simultaneously.
STEP 4: On-site Survey (At REVIX JAPAN's Cost)
If REVIX JAPAN is considering purchase, we will conduct an on-site survey at our own expense. Site access is generally available only after the contract stage, so STEP 2–3 assessments are conducted on a desktop/public information basis.
STEP 5: Purchase Terms Confirmation
Based on the results of the on-site survey, we confirm formal purchase feasibility and purchase terms (price, payment conditions, and preconditions) and present them to you.
Important Notes
- If our transaction is completed and conditions change significantly during formal application (construction period delayed by 6 months or more, or works charge exceeds 150% of estimates), we may request alternative site proposals or refunds
- When selling land developed under an electricity business license, the buyer must also operate it as an electricity business (easy resale schemes carry legal risks)
STEP 6: Sales Activity
REVIX JAPAN conducts sales activity with its nationwide network of investors and operators. Your own or your referrer's sales activities can continue in parallel.
STEP 7: Closing & Contract Execution
Once a buyer is identified, we execute the sale agreement. We facilitate agreement on contract terms, price, and payment timing.
STEP 8: Payment Settlement & Rights Transfer
Payment settlement and rights transfer procedures are conducted in accordance with the sale agreement. A sales commission of 10% (excluding tax) applies upon successful closing.
Frequently Asked Questions (Valuation & Sale)
Q. Can I sell rights only (without land)? This depends on the content of the grid connection study report and the status of the rights. Please consult us for details.
Q. I want to sell a solar power plant — is this separate from selling a BESS site? Please consult us separately about solar power plant sales. We can also propose combinations with FIP conversion and co-located BESS addition.
Q. Can I receive the free assessment and valuation report and then sell to another party? Yes, this is permitted. There are no restrictions on the use of our assessment and valuation reports. We do not require exclusivity or exclusive agency.
