REVIX JAPAN is recruiting talent across a wide range of positions to accelerate the adoption of grid-scale BESS. Whether your background is in technology, sales, business development, or back-office operations, we welcome anyone with the determination to "make energy infrastructure work the right way."

Why Work at REVIX JAPAN

1. Work at the Forefront of Social Infrastructure

Grid-scale BESS is the social infrastructure that enables both the expansion of renewable energy and the stability of the power grid. Working at REVIX JAPAN means making a direct contribution to Japan's energy transition.

2. Build Something from Scratch in a Growing Market

Participating in the frequency regulation market, capacity market, and wholesale electricity market; building the sales agent network; launching EPC and O&M operations — you will gain experience designing systems in a field where the market is still taking shape.

3. A Culture That Values Integrity

"Don't say what hasn't been verified." "Be honest about pilot-phase status." These principles are at the core of REVIX JAPAN's values. Ours is a culture that prioritizes accuracy over inflated numbers.
